It's the comeback kid.

82                           GARY BARLOW

Born on 20th January 1971 in Frodsham, Cheshire, U.K. When Nigel Martin Smith was trying to put together Take That the band was to be built around Gary Barlow who he believed had the talent to be the new George Michael. Where he wasn't wrong about the talent, Barlow was not able to carry on the success of Take That into a solo career, unlike nemesis and former band mate Robbie Williams whose star rose as quickly as Barlow's fell. In 2006 Take That announced a comeback, and this will probably rank as the greatest comeback in musical history, possibly making them more popular now than their heyday.
