A former teen idol who now is one of Vegas's top paid performers.

79                                       PAUL ANKA

Born on 30th July 1941 in Ottawa, Canada. He began his career as a teen idol and quickly made himself a millionaire with some very shrewd business ventures, not to mention writing some of the biggest selling songs off all time. The biggest of these being 'My Way', which he wrote the English lyric to the French song "Comme D'habitude', this song holds the record for the most weeks on the British chart, 167 altogether, with Frank Sinatra's version accounting for 124 of them. He has since become a permanent fixture in Vegas and in 2005 recorded swing versions of modern rock classics entitled 'Rock Swings' to critical acclaim.
