73                 BOB CREWE

Born Stanley Robert Crewe on 12thNovember 1931 in Newark, New Jersey, USA. Throughout the 60's Bob Crewe was one of the most successful writers and producers, most of this success was with The Four Seasons, and it was with band member Bob Gaudio that he wrote much of their material. He had begun in the late 50's creating rock and roll records but it was in the 70's that his most famous track was a hit, that being 'Lady Marmalade', he's also a recognised artist having several exhibitions for his work.
