Born in Whitehaven, Cumbria, U.K. Brian Higgins and his Xenomania production crew have had their fingers on the pulse of the record buying public for most of the noughties and they show no sign of letting up just yet. His first major success came when he co-wrote Cher's 'Believe' in 1998, since then his attentions have mainly been taken up by the "Sugababes' and 'Girls Aloud', but the artist's he's had hits with the still remains impressive.
